Mercy Group: Real support for real struggles

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming – whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, loneliness, loss, or the challenges of illness or difficult family situations. If you’re looking for a safe, welcoming space to be heard and supported, you’re very welcome here. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or just need someone to talk to, you’re not alone.
