What is the Breviary Morning Prayer?
The Breviary Morning Prayer, also known as Lauds, is intended to sanctify the morning, offering praise to God as the day begins. It’s traditionally prayed at dawn and is one of the most important “hours” of the day, alongside Vespers (Evening Prayer).
